Healthy Tips and Recipes

It is easy to share healthy tips and solutions for babe baby boomers and aged seniors. It is another thing to actually acquire people to follow them. People go put in their ways, and often do not make alterations until something ruinous happens. ....And sometimes not even then! Anyway here is a listing of some healthy tips:

1. Start the twenty-four hours with fresh fruit

2. Eat edible beans at least three modern times a hebdomad (lentils, blackbeans, pinto etc.)

3. Spinach three modern times a hebdomad cooked and raw

4. Blue berries and pomegranate trees in juice or fruit form

5. Avoid as much achromatic refined sugar and flour as possible

6. When hungriness hits travel to the vegetable bin

7. Grapes and peanuts have got resveratrol a great addendum for all over good health.

8. Walk a lot. It is good mentally, physically and spiritually

9. Rich Person merriment and laughter a lot

10. Enjoy your friends and family

These are nutrients that are good for your vision, blood refined sugar and general health. The exercising and sociableness is good for everything.

Cucumbers and greenish onion salad

Two big cucumbers

Four greenness onions

1/4 cup of Parsley

1/4 cup redness vino vinegar

1 tsp. oregano

Salt and common common pepper to taste

Peel cucumbers, mark outside with fork,, piece very thinly

Chop greenish onions and premix with cucumbers

Add 1/4 cup of parsley

Add reddish vino vinegar

Mix all ingredients and add salt and pepper. Chill in the icebox overnite. This is a great dish for company as it can be made up to two years in advance.

This formula have almost no calories and is great with meat and fish dishes.
